Eco-fashion is still, I believe, in its infant stages. I've struggled to find fashion that is earth conscious and meets all styles and tastes. There are a few labels out there, but the range is limited, and for fussy people like me, I prefer to do my bit by buying classic or unique pieces that won't date too quickly, giving them a longer lifespan.
The good news is, there are a few brands out there doing their best to use environmentally sensitive fabrics and responsible manufacturing and production techniques. The list is growing, so I guess we just have to be patient.
