Many of us become enlightened by the birth of our first offspring, and as a result our eco-conscious efforts to live a healthier lifestyle commence.

Now days many children suffer from skin problems as well as food intolerances that were rare in the time of our parents' upbringing.  There is some scientific proof that many of these health problems are derived from toxic substances that surround us, and are in the food we ingest.

The other concern is, of course, for our environment, and the pressure it is struggling to cope with, as we continues to ask it to provide us with the resources we need to make our lives more comfortable.
