If you don’t have a juicer at home you can custom order your juice at some good juice bars. A basic rule of thumb if your watching your calories is to include 2-3 veggie services and 1 fruit. If you prefer a smoothie just add 1/2 cup of plain yoghurt and 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth and creamy. |
